The Analytics tab gives you an in-depth view of your implementation performance using a visual display to help you quickly pull out insights.
The metrics displayed on your Analytics tab reflect whether or not you've implemented a Social Native checkout pixel on your website. By default, you will always see interaction-based metrics which displays the total number of visitors who saw and interacted with the widgets you’ve activated.
If you placed a Social Native checkout pixel to track revenue, you will also be granted access to revenue metrics, which are displayed in the same tab. These metrics help you better understand which user actions drove conversions, and the revenue they generated.
All data represented in Analytics is updated nightly.
Filtering Analytics Data
You are able to change the dataset in order to see how specific widgets are performing on your site or by Total Unique Revenue using the Filter By dropdown. You can also select the date range you wish to see metrics for by changing the start date and end date, then clicking Apply.
Defining Interactions
Interactions are counted whenever a user clicks on a widget, opens a lightbox, or swipes/browses a new image.
Daily Interactions
The graph will display interactions broken down by device (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile) and the Total Session Based Activity. By clicking on any of these options at the top of the graph, you can view one, multiple, or all of these interaction metrics.
If you have a checkout pixel placed, you will also be able to view the daily revenue associated to daily interactions.
Top Streams
Top Streams takes your 100 most viewed streams and and lets you sort by interactions, number of photos, and interaction rates. By default, this table is sorted by interaction rate, but you can also sort by any of the data displayed in ascending or descending order. This data can be exported to CSV by clicking the Export button on the top right corner of the graph.
Top Photos
This table displays your top 100 photos based on CTR. You can filter this data based on the source, date approved, lightbox views, shopping clicks, and Click Through Rate (CTR) of each photo. You also have the option to choose how to sort the table by clicking on the metric in the column header.
If you have a checkout pixel placed, you will also be able to sort your top photos by the revenue they're generating.
Lightbox Views = number of times user opened the lightbox for the photo.
Shopping Clicks = The number of times user clicks through in the lightbox to drive to a landing page.
Click Through Rate = (number of Shopping Clicks) / (number of Lightbox Views).
Collection Summary
This section displays the following metrics:
Streams with Photos: Note: This is based on the current date; it will not change if you update the date range.
Average Photos per Stream: Note: This is based on the current date; it will not change if you update the date range.
Approval Rate: The percentage of your collected photos that are rights approved, in the past 30 days.
The date range identifies the number of times each action has been taken within that range. For example, if the range is 1 April - 30 April. It will show the count for images collected between those dates, deleted between those dates, rejected between those dates, and pending between those dates. (e.g. - If a photo was collected on 15 March and another was collected 15 April and both were deleted on 25 April; the count would show 1 collected and 2 deleted).
Photos Per Stream
This chart shows you the distribution of photos on a stream. The X-axis represents the number of photos per product and the Y-axis represents the number of products you’ve added to Social Native.
If you click on a specific bar, it will show you the streams that have that number of photos. You can then click to edit the streams or go to the live URL.
Photo Collection Graph
This section provides information about the source and number of photos approved, rejected, and collected. This defaults to approved, but can be changed using the dropdown. The pie chart below will change based on your selection, and will surface the percentage and number of photos belonging to each collection source (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, uploader, etc.).
