Identify your brand advocates

Updated over 4 years ago

The Brand Advocates tab helps you identify the content creators who are having the biggest impact on your brand and their best performing content. You’ll be able to view detailed user and photo level information to centralize how you find your most powerful content and the users who create it.

If you have a conversion pixel placed, your top advocates will be sorted by the amount of revenue that they've influenced. If you don't have a conversion pixel placed, your advocate metrics will be focused on interaction and they will be sorted by CTR.

You can access this tab by expanding the Analyze drop down from the top menu and selecting Brand Advocates.

The information on your Advocates tab includes:

  • Social profile information: View advocates' bios, number of posts, follower count, and following count (when available).

  • Easy to read aggregate data: View revenue, approved photos, clicks, CTR, conversions, conversion rates for each advocates, shopping clicks, and lightbox views.

  • The top 25 photos for each advocates: View the top 25 photos for each advocates based on revenue.

  • Date range: The date range defaults to the last week, but can be changed by clicking into the filter on the top right.

  • Export: You can export a .csv file of your advocate results that is filtered to the criteria you have selected. The Export button is located at the bottom right of the Advocates page.

  • Search: You can use the search bar to search for brand advocates.

  • Filter: You can sort your Brand Advocates by ascending/descending ROI metrics, depending how your account is set up:

    • Revenue ROI: You can sort by Revenue, Conversions, Conversion Rate, and Lightbox Views.

      • Note: Revenue metrics only appear if you use the checkout pixel.

    • Engagement ROI: You can sort by CTR, Shopping Clicks, and Lightbox Views.

Keep in mind: Revenue is attributed to the last photo clicked on prior to making a purchase - even if the customer did not purchase the item in the photo.
