The Earned Content Platform has 2 different session length options to fit your brand’s needs:
30 Minutes: This makes your results more focused and attributable to customer interaction with content on your site. A 30 minute session length is useful for situations where a user is more likely to convert directly after viewing a widget.
14 Days: This is useful if your audience normally visits multiple times before converting. The Earned Content analytics identifies conversions on that first day and looks back 14 days to see if there were any impressions or interactions with content on your site.
