Curating: Step by step
The curation workflow starts with filtering. A qualified team of moderators reviews and filters the collected content according to the brand and campaign guidelines that were established. We review all aspects of the content in order to provide brands with the highest quality content available. That is, the image, the caption, the hashtags used and we also think about how the media is going to be used by the brand.
The next step in the process is tagging, where our Strategic Moderation team uses your e-commerce's Product Feed to tag the media to specific streams or tags. A stream or tag can be a product, service, or category.
After filtering and tagging, all collected content goes through quality analysis. During this stage of the process, we ensure that the brand's quality guidelines are being met and that the tagged images match the products.
Then the brand will ask for permission to the person that posted the content. Using the platform, the brand will send a message to the user's Instagram post, so they can decide if the content can be used or not by the brand.
