From the 'My Orders' page you can access any active or past order and:

  • See order details and receipts

  • View, approve and rate content created

  • Download content

  • Go to the Creator's post on social

  • Send content to Meta Business Manager

  • Discover relevant analytics

How to navigate through the 'My orders' page:

  1. If you work with multiple brands or regions, select the desired Brand from the dropdown list to view all orders associated with that brand.

  2. Use the Search box at the top right corner to locate your order fast and easy, by typing a name or order ID.
    ​

Click on any order to see more details and to:

  • View, rate & download content

  • Send content to Meta Business Manager

  • Discover organic and paid analytics, like Number of Creators, Number of Content Created, Engagements, Engagement Rate, Potential Exposure, and more.
