Block content from users and hashtags
Updated over a year ago

If you come across Spam content from a specific user or hashtag, you can block that user/hashtag to prevent such content from entering the Content section. The Blocked List can also be handy for competitor hashtags.

Furthermore, aside from preventing future content, the system will scan for photos from blocked users/hashtags in the Content section and automatically remove them.

πŸ“£ IMPORTANT NOTE

There is an automated Instagram spam filter in place that detects spam content and prevents it from being transferred to the UGC section. This significantly reduces the need for manual spam detection. If you have Moderation Services, our team can also assist by blocking users and hashtags to streamline the content curation process.

Block content

Users

  1. Navigate through the left-side menu to Source > UGC > Collect.
