Approve content

To approve a photo, hover and click ‘Approve’ where you can ask for rights. If the photo has been collected from Twitter or an @mention on Instagram, you can ask for rights programmatically from within the Earned Content Platform.

For photos collected via tags or hashtags, you will be prompted to use the Rights Requester Chrome Extension to ask directly for rights on the photo within Instagram.

Once you have sent a rights message request, the photo will move to the Rights Pending section. When the user gives their consent for you to use the image, the photo will move automatically from Rights Pending to Approved Content and be live within your widgets.

Some photos will arrive to the New Content section Rights Approved, for example if the user is on your Automatic Rights List or if they uploaded the photo directly. You will still need to approve these photos.
