Updated over a year ago

Existing users with Automatic Rights can be edited to add or remove labels and modify the validity time range.

Editing a single user is as simple as clicking on the "Edit" button next to the username.

To edit users in bulk, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the search box to filter the users with automatic rights

  2. Switch 'Filter by' from Username to Label

  3. You can either click on a Label name at the table or type a label name in the search box

  4. Click on the checkbox to select all users your like to edit

  5. Click the 'Edit' button located in the bottom right of the screen

  6. You'll now be able to modify the label name, start date, and/or end date for all users selected:

    1. Label (optional).

      1. Labels enable you to group usernames under the same tag (e.g. individual campaigns, product lines or any other initiative) to organize your content creators and easily find them through the search field.

      2. Labels can accept letters, numbers and special characters such as # or @ at will.

    2. Start date and End date. You can set a validity period for which the users you are adding will work with automatic rights. This allows you to easily manage your brand advocates, creators and influencers for a specified date range.

      1. You can set periods of time that will happen in the future (this is especially useful for planning seasonal campaigns in advance).

      2. Modifying the validity period of a user will not remove rights from the content previously collected and approved from that user.

      3. Please note the following when setting up time:

        1. If start date is set, only media from that date onwards will be applied rights.

        2. If end date is set, all existing media up to that date will be applied right.

        3. If start date and end date are both set, then only media from that period will be applied rights.

        4. End date needs to be always greater than start date. Start and end date cannot be the same.
