Disconnect and reconnect your Social Accounts

Please find below a quick step-by-step guide on how to Disconnect and Reconnect your Social Accounts from Social Native's platform.

Prerequisites

A. The Instagram handle needs to be a Business Account.
B. The Instagram Account needs to be connected to a dedicated Facebook Page (https://help.instagram.com/399237934150902).
C. The Facebook User connected to Social Native's platform needs to be an Admin of the dedicated Facebook Page and needs to have Two-Factor Authentication enabled (Facebook > Settings > Security and Login > Two-Factor Authentication).


Steps to Disconnect and Reconnect your Social Accounts

1. Disconnect the Facebook Page from Social Native's platform:
photorank.me > Settings > Social Accounts > Remove
2. Remove the "Olapic" Business Integration on the personal Facebook profile:
facebook.com/settings > Business Integrations > Check "Olapic" > Remove
3. Return to Social Native's platform and reconnect the Facebook and Instagram accounts:
photorank.me > Settings > Social Accounts > Connect
