Search for consumers and creators with Creator Discovery

Creator Discovery is a powerful tool that can help you find consumers and creators who align with your brand, and work with them to tell your brand's story authentically and achieve your goals.

This feature enables you to search for relevant creators, view their profiles and performance metrics, save your favorites, and even invite them to collaborate with your brand.

Getting Started

To start using our Creator Discovery tool navigate to the left-side menu and click on Source > Creator Content > Creator Discovery.

The first step is to choose whether you want to search for Instagram or TikTok creators. Each platform has its own set of filters that you can use to refine your search.

Search by Topic or Keyword

The 'Search by Topic' option is only available for Instagram searches. You can use it to find Instagram influencers based on a topic or words used in the creator's bio or posts. Our search technology will provide the most relevant results.

On TikTok, you can search by Keyword, which are based on video captions, content, creator bio, and tags associated with the creator.

Favorite Creators

You can see a list of your 'Favorite creators' by clicking on the 'Favorites' filter. If you find a creator you like while doing a search, click on the heart icon to add them to your favorites list. For now, this option only available for Instagram searches.

⚡ PRO TIP⚡

You can run multiple searches and add pre-selected creators from each page of results to your 'Favorites Creators' list. You'll be able to access the list using the filter at the top of the Creator Discovery page and send invites to the best-fitting creators.

Registered Creators and Super Creators

The Registered Creators and Super Creators filters can help to quickly identify the most experienced and effective creators for your brand. For now, this option only available for Instagram searches.

  • The Registered Creators filter shows creators who are registered with Social Native. Each Creator in our network has an internal profile, detailing channel metrics, authenticity scoring, and aggregated performance metrics from past campaigns completed via our platform.

  • If you're looking for top-tier creators with a proven track record of success, use the Super Creators filter. 👑 Super Creators have completed at least 10 campaigns and have received a 4-star rating or higher.

Advanced filters

Leverage advanced filters to narrow down your search, including location, language, gender, age, keywords, interests, and more. The filters available depend on whether you're searching for Instagram or TikTok creators.

Instagram filters

The options available for Instagram are:

  • Location: filter by country or city.

  • Language: filter by the language the creator uses in their posts.

  • Gender: filter by the gender of the creator or their audience.

  • Age: filter by age range. This field accepts free form text, which means you can type any specific number. Hit Enter or Tab to finalize the entry.

  • Keywords: identify creators by the keywords, mentions, and hashtags they use in posts.

  • Followers: filter by follower count range. This field accepts free form text.

  • Engagement: identify creators by the number of engagements or engagement rate (average likes of recent posts/number of followers).

  • Reels plays: identify creators by the average Reels plays from recent Reels.

  • Contacts: refine the list of creators with email address or other contact information available.

  • Last Post: identify creators by when they posted last.

  • Account type: identify creators by their Instagram account type: regular, business, creator.

  • Growing: identify creators by followers growth timeframe .

  • Advanced: Additional ways to filter based on account details:

    • Verified - verified Influencers accounts.

    • Credible - high level audience credibility.

    • Exclude private accounts - Influencers with private accounts will be excluded

    • Has Audience data - refine by only Influencers that have Audience Data.

TikTok filters

The filter options available for Tiktok are:

  • Country

  • Audience country

  • Language

  • Minimum and maximum followers: This field accepts free form text.

  • Minimum and maximum views: This field accepts free form text.

  • Audience gender

  • Audience age: filter by age range 18-24, 25-34, +35.

  • Engagement rate

  • Brand Experience: Expert or emerging.

  • Device: Android or iOS.

See Creator's profile

On the results page, simply click 'Discover' to explore more about the creator. Get insights into their follower count, average comments, likes, Reels plays, keywords, popular hashtags, and mentions. You can also check out demographic and psychographic data on the creator's audience.

Select and invite creators

From the results page, use the checkmark in the first column to pick the creators you want to collaborate with and hit 'Send Invites'.

In the pop-up box, choose the campaign and set submission and posting dates for creators to follow. An email with campaign details will be sent to the creator, who can view and accept the invite upon registration or login.

Add creators by email

Alternatively, you can invite creators manually by adding their email address individually or uploading a .csv file. Check the box 'Add creators by email,' click 'Add,' type in their emails or upload your file, and save.

My invites

Check 'My Invites' to view your Invites History. Select an order from the list to see all invitations sent to creators for a particular campaign.

Invite Lists

Before sending out invites, you can curate a list of creators. These lists are brand-specific, allowing all users within the same brand to access them. Click 'Invite Lists', choose your brand, and view all lists with details.

To add a new list, click 'Create New List' on the top right corner. Clone or delete a list by clicking the three dots next to 'View.'

To edit a list, click 'View', where you can modify the name, add/remove creators, view details, export the list, and send invites.
