The Approved Content section is where all of your rights approved content is stored.

Watch this video tutorial to learn which actions can be taken from the Approved Content section. We show you how to:

  1. Download content individually or in bulk.

  2. Share content to different channels, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Pinterest.

  3. Get a shareable link so that other members of your team or agencies you work with can view and download the content without accessing the platform.

  4. Use Email Studio to display user-generated content on newsletters.

Sorting and searching for content

On the Approved content section you can filter, sort and search through all of your approved content.

Search for

Use the search bar to search through your approved content for any word or phrase in caption, hashtag, username, or product/stream name.

Sort by

  • Date collected (newest or oldest)

  • Date approved (newest or oldest)

  • Recommended (using our proprietary Photorank algorithm)

Filter by

  • Date collected: Select the period of time in which the content was collected.

  • Request Rights: In Platform (@mentions and Twitter) or Via Rights Requester (tags).

  • Rights Status: No Rights, Rights Approved, Rights Pending, Rights Request Expired.

  • Mentions: Which @mention was the content collected from.

  • Hashtag: All hashtags used within the captions.

  • Automatic Rights List's users: View all the content that comes from your Automatic Rights List's users.

  • Username: Usernames of the users who posted the content.

  • Streams: Which streams the are photos tagged with.

  • Image Recognition (BETA): Display images within the selected content category, based on our machine learning technology: Men, Outdoor, Selfie, Mirror Selfie, Women, Cars, Collage, Kids, Animals, Baby, Stock Photo.

  • Languages: Display photos with captions in the selected language.

  • Media Source: Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Youtube, Hard Drive.

  • Media Type: Photo, High Resolution Photo, Video
