You can remove a user from the Automatic Rights List at any time. Deleting a user will not remove rights from the content previously collected and approved from that user.
To keep track record of users that previously agreed to grant your rights on their content, we recommend to modify the End Date assigned to those users once your agreements expires, instead of removing the user altogether.
Deleting a single user is as simple as clicking on the "Remove" button next to the username.
To remove users in bulk, follow these steps:
Navigate to the search box to filter the users
Switch 'Filter by' from Username to Label
Within the search box, populate a label name
Click on the Checkbox to select all users that you'd like to remove
Click the 'Remove' button located in the bottom right of the screen
You'll now be able to delete the selected users by clicking on the REMOVE button in the modal.
