Once you connect your Facebook account, you will be able to see all the Instagram accounts connected to it, and the connection status for each, with instructions to troubleshoot in case of errors.
Connection statuses are updated every time you load or refresh the settings page. Status will indicate if you can:
Collect: by media tag, by mention, from Instagram business profile.
Request rights programmatically.
Publish media to Instagram business profiles.
Publish media to TapShop.
You can use the Search bar at the top to search through all your connected accounts and easily find the one you want to know the status of.
About connection statuses
The “Active” status shows that the connections in that particular Facebook account are successful and working.
The warning message “Your action is required in # account" means that there is an error preventing functionalities like collect, ask for rights, etc, for at least one account. You will need to follow the troubleshooting guidelines based on the displayed error message.
