Social Native has become the go-to platform for brands seeking an all-in-one solution for sourcing and distributing authentic social content throughout the entire buyer's journey. With the introduction of Single-Sign-On (SSO), you have access to all the essential features to manage user-generated content (UGC) and creator collaborations within one centralized hub.
You are now redirected to a new page to sign in to your account. If you're eager to dive in right away (and you should be, we promise! 😉), simply click on the button below to navigate to the new login page and discover the enhanced features available on our all-in-one platform.
Accessing your account using Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Visit our new Platform Login Page at my.socialnative.com.
Log in using the same email and password you used on the old login page.
Upon logging in, you'll be directed to our all-inclusive homepage. 👉 Learn how it works by taking a tour
Accessing your UGC Dashboard
From the homepage, navigate to Source → User Generated Content box, and choose to Start Collecting, Review Content or View Approved Content.
Alternatively, navigate to the left-side menu, click on Source → UGC, and choose whether to Collect, Curate or Activate.
You should now be able to see the 'Select an account' page, as seen in the screenshot below, and continue to your UGC Dashboard as usual.
📣 IMPORTANT NOTE
In case you are not directed to your 'Select an Account' page, try the following:
Copy paste the following URL in the same window tab: https://my.socialnative.com/client/order-form/source
Log out from your account.
Log back in with your credentials.
Repeat Step 4 to reach the 'Select an Account' page.
If you are still not able to log in after trying steps 1-5, try accessing through this page.
Accessing your Creator Content
Same as your UGC dashboard, the Creator Content is easily accessible from the homepage. Simply navigate to Source → Creator Content box, and redirect to Creator Discovery, your Campaigns, or Content Approval. Or, you can also navigate to the left-side menu, click on Source → Creator Content.
