Now that you’ve logged in, you’re probably wondering how to get around. You can navigate to different parts of the platform using the left-side dropdown menu and buttons on the Home page.

1. Source

UGC

When you first open the UGC dashboard, you will see your Content Library. You can use the tabs at the top to navigate through New Content and Approved Content. Leverage the filters on the left side column to explore and find the best content for your needs.

  1. Collect: choose the different ways you want to collect your content. You can do this through a number of ways such as adding new @mentions or uploading your own content.

  2. Curate: review your collected content. You can tag them to streams, delete them from your moderation queue, save for later, or approve them to be published.

  3. Activate: edit how you'll display your earned content and modify settings for widgets. You can also access the Email Studio.

  4. Analyze: monitor your widget performance to understand the impact of your implementation and uncover insights on how you can optimize performance. Use the Brand Advocates tab to find the content creators who are having the biggest effect on your brand.

Creator Content

In the Creator Content dashboard, you'll find an overview of your Sales Support, including analytics of your active, upcoming and ended campaigns. It also displays your Top Recent Content and Recently Downloaded Content. Use the tabs at the left menu to navigate through your Creator Content.
