Accessing Global Analytics: A Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Global Analytics page by selecting "Measure" from the main navigation menu.
2. Once you're at the Global Analytics page:
a. Utilize the dropdown boxes to choose the specific time period you wish to analyze. By default, the last three months are selected.
b. Toggle between "Creator" and "UGC" to review data related to either your collected consumer content or creator collaborations.
c. Select your brand account from the dropdown box.
Behavior when switching between Creator and UGC:
If you first selected "Creator" and then switch the toggle to "UGC", we'll automatically select the first matching account with UGC data.
If your brand has a single Creator account but multiple UGC accounts (like regional accounts), our system will select the first mapped account in the list.
Additionally, if you select a different brand you intended to view, our system will save your selection for your next visit to Global Analytics.
c. Click "Apply to all" to load metrics for the choices you've selected.
The "Apply to all" at the top affects all reports and metrics.
You can then update the time period, toggle UGC/Creator and change the Brand on specific reports.
3. You can customize your Global Analytics' view and choose specific data modules that are most relevant to you. Simply click on the "Edit Layout" button positioned at the top of the page, and then toggle on or off specific reports.
